Traps alone don't work if the entry points stay open — our Huber Heights, OH crew seals the building envelope while removing what's already inside. Beyond droppings and noise, chewed wiring and insulation damage are real risks we flag during every inspection.
Our team is trained in structural exclusion work, not just trap placement — sealing gaps as small as a quarter-inch that mice can squeeze through.
